The first six years of Mitchell Evan were spent refining mens luxury loungewear, while the last two have been focusing on bringing that same careful attention to women’s wear. In this endeavor to constantly innovate, we have built a brand that stands for understated elegance, quality, and comfort. We now want to bring those same taste making skills to the lifestyle of the Mitchell Evan customer, with the launch of The Neighborhood Project.
As the world began to shut down around us, we were concerned that the community of small artisans that we had come to know and love would be rendered obsolete. Our initial intention was to look to our neighborhood boutiques, who were struggling in this time of uncertainty, to see if we could offer them some comfort whether it be a basket of cookies or a bottle of whiskey. In the end we settled on lending our platform, to give these brands farther reach.
The Neighborhood Project brings you local artisans with carefully crafted products, made with style and attention to detail. Add a delicate gold chain around her neck, a pop of orange to his wardrobe, or an organic farmhouse soap to your kitchen. A virtual walk in our neighborhood, from the comfort of your home. It is our hope to continue to build our community as the world opens up and gives us back our tree lined shopping streets.
