Shipping & Handling
During seasonal sales, orders ship within 7 business days.
We currently offer the following shipping methods:
USPS/UPS Standard – Cost: $12
Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed next business day (excluding holidays)
Delivery occurs 3 to 5 business days after processing
**Standard shipping does not include a signature on the package, must request for an additional charge of $5.00.
For Alaska andHawaii, only standard shipping is available.
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification. we will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Order and shipping confirmation emails
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Item availability and pre-order
We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total.
Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged as your items are shipped.
Pre-order items will be processed, charged, and shipped as they become available. Pre-order shipping dates are for estimation purposes only; items may ship before or after the estimated shipping date.
